EuroParcs Hindeloopen is located in beautiful Friesland, directly on the IJsselmeer lake. It is the ideal place for water sports enthusiasts, sun worshippers and holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet. Because you can really relax here! Enjoy the expansive view … over the water while you stroll through the cool water or explore the surroundings by boat. IJsselmeer EuroParcs Hindeloopen is located directly on the IJsselmeer. Water sports fans can live out their passion to the full during a stay at this holiday park: Boating, stand-up paddling and swimming are just some of the options. From the holiday park, you can dive straight into the beautiful waters of the IJsselmeer and enjoy your holiday. Picturesque villages and towns The park is also an ideal base for exploring the South West Friesland region. Seven of the eleven Frisian towns are located here: Workum, Hindeloopen, Stavoren, IJlst, Sloten, Sneek and Bolsward. These towns have a long, well-preserved history that is well worth discovering. Nature conservation We work closely with the province to protect nature at EuroParcs Hindeloopen. The park has a nature licence. Water sports are therefore not permitted all year round. According to the nature permit, water sports are generally prohibited from 1 October to 1 April. From 1 April to 1 October, water sports are permitted on the west and north sides of the park (see park map).
