"Für Vejle-Besuche ideal gelegener, sympathischer Platz - Langgestreckter Platz am Stadtrand oberhalb des Vejle-Fjords in der Nähe der Sportanlagen. Auch für Durchreisende geeignet, da nicht weit von der Autobahnausfahrt entfernt (allerdings kein Restaurant am Platz). Die Plätze sind grösstenteils Parzelliert, aber nicht durch Hecken oder ähnlichen Bewuchs abgetrennt (nur Bodenmarkierungen). Auf der Südseite an ein Waldgebiet angrenzend, im Norden führt eine Quartierstrasse am Platz entlang. Während unseres Besuchs herrschte aber wenig Verkehr. Nachts ruhig. Die Sanitäranlagen sind gut unterhalten und sauber. WLAN ist nur bei der Rezeption verfügbar. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Bäckerei ca. 5-10 Gehminuten vom Platz entfernt (7 Tage geöffnet). Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 - 15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum, zurück braucht man etwas länger da der Platz auf einer Anhöhe liegt. Tip: um mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt zu kommen fährt man am besten auf der Waldstrasse direkt an den Fjord hinunter und dann dem Wasser nach ins Zentrum.

Family-friendly ground with fine facilities right next to Nørreskoven and the animal park, close to the fjord and á lokal beach. Two kilometres to the centre of Vejle with its squares, old houses and excellent shopping. Visit Munkebjerg with its …casino, the market halls in the heart of town, the music theatre, or Grejsdalen with its wonderful countryside. Cabins and Caravans fir hire. Motorway exit nr. 60 - one kilometre. 26 kilometres to Legoland, and 18 kilometres to the Lion Park.
